Ben Kinney
Ben Kinney is a businessman, real estate agent, best-selling author, and co-founder of PLACE, the industry’s only all-in-one platform for top real estate teams. Prior to launching PLACE, Ben founded the Ben Kinney Companies, which include technology brands like Brivity, ActiveRain, Kwkly, and Blossor, as well as coaching organizations and companies in mortgage, title, and escrow. Three of his companies were recently recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America.
Ben began his real estate career in 2004 and today owns and operates The Ben Kinney Team, of the top real estate sales teams in the nation, as ranked by The Wall Street Journal and RealTrends. During the recession, Ben began investing in underperforming brokerages and now owns multiple brokerage franchise offices.
A nationally recognized speaker and trainer, Ben has personally trained over 100,000 business owners through conferences, classes, and webinars. His leadership in real estate and technology has earned him recognition from Inman News and the Swanepoel Report as one of the 100 most influential people in real estate, and he was named Inman News’ “Innovator of the Year” for his work on Brivity.
